Course Description:

The word “Aerobic” refers to free oxygen in the air. Aerobics is one of the healthiest and most enjoyable sporting activities for children. It promotes flexibility, strength, and agility leading to improved body control. It prevents illness and helps control obesity by developing the child’s physical and psychological abilities. Aerobic exercise is movement that gets your blood pumping faster around your whole body.

 Age makes a difference with aerobic activity. Kids should do things that are fun to learn at the same time acquire skills and this course plan is curated with a lot of fun exercises that children love and can learn.

  • For Kids who have an ample supply of energy fuel in their bodies
  • If you think physical activity is equally important for their children’s mental and physical development
